Aayee Milan Ki Raat is a 1991 Bollywood musical romantic film directed by K. Pappu. Plot summary

The film begins with a young couple, Prem (Avinash Wadhavan) and Sharda (Shaheen), who elope from their homes to get married. They reach a temple where they are about to tie the knot, but they are interrupted by a Tantrik named Bhairon Nath (Anupam Kher), who is obsessed with Sharda and wants to marry her. He kidnaps Sharda and takes her to his cave, where he tries to force himself on her. Prem follows them and fights with Bhairon Nath, but he is overpowered and thrown off a cliff. Sharda prays to Lord Shiva for help, and he grants her a boon that she and Prem will be reborn as humans after 100 years.

After 100 years, Prem and Sharda are reborn as Rajesh and Sapna, respectively. Rajesh is a rich businessman who lives with his parents (Alok Nath and Aruna Irani) in Mumbai. Sapna is a poor orphan who lives with her uncle (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) and aunt (Rita Bhaduri) in a village. Rajesh visits the village for some work and sees Sapna singing in a temple. He falls in love with her at first sight and decides to marry her. He convinces his parents to accept Sapna as their daughter-in-law and takes her to Mumbai.

However, Bhairon Nath is also reborn as a Tantrik named Mahendra Pratap Singh, who is the leader of a cult that worships snakes. He recognizes Sapna as Sharda and wants to take revenge on her and Rajesh for spoiling his plans in the previous birth. He casts a spell on Sapna that makes her turn into a snake every night at sunset and return to human form at sunrise. He also sends his men to kill Rajesh, but they fail. Rajesh is shocked to see Sapna's transformation and tries to find a cure for her condition. He learns from a sage that the only way to break the spell is to kill Bhairon Nath on the night of Amavasya (new moon).

On the night of Amavasya, Rajesh confronts Bhairon Nath in his cave and fights with him. Bhairon Nath tries to kill Rajesh with his magic, but Rajesh manages to stab him with a trident. Bhairon Nath dies and the spell on Sapna is lifted. Rajesh and Sapna reunite and live happily ever after.
